Try going to your local real estate investors association. They normally have meetings once a month and as a guest you can usually attend for free. If you want to get into commercial, try working at a commercial only brokerage. They are the better ones to work at unless you want to only invest in single family homes.

Exposure. Offices in London and New York. Run by Raoul Shah. Very cool company.

Be careful not to take the decision to use lifestyle marketing just because it sounds good. Head and Shoulders tried it once and it was a nightmare for them. At the end of the day, it’s their product quality that people wanted, not a ‘cool’ shampoo.

If you are marketing as a lifestyle company, you should be prepared for the company to have a genuine place in the culture(s) you are marketing to and to genuinely live the lifestyle that you are selling.

What are good careers with a bachelors in business finance degree?

Question by KayKay: What are good careers with a bachelors in business finance degree?
I’m currently going for my associates degree in business management with an emphasis in administration, however I feel that this degree choice is limiting. I graduate in September and I’m thinking about continuing on to get a bachelors degree in business finance. I’m 21 and I don’t know EXACTLY what I want to do but I feel I would enjoy a career in finance (not accounting exactly), what kind of careers would be an option for me with a bachelors degree in business finance?

Try Philosophy, or Logic and Reasoning. I’ve heard people have done well with those.
